Christmas is one of my favorite times of year. This year was extra special and unique for two reasons. Most importantly, it was our first Christmas as husband and wife. Little did we know that our union would be tested “in sickness and in health” so soon. Drew spent much of the holiday suffering from kidney stones. I did my best to keep him comfortable. He was a trooper and we had a holiday full of being reminded what is really important in life: love and good health.
